Shipping

Orders will be dispatched on regular working days.
Orders are shipped by PostNL.
When your order leaves our doors, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail or SMS that can be used to track your order online.
Shipping time for The Netherlands is 1-3 working days.
Shipping time for Europe is 2-5 working days
The shipping cost depends on your located country.

Returns Conditions

We will accept returns, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please contact us via contact@kultuur.eu.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Right of Cancellation: customers are allowed to return their parcel within 14 days after receiving their order. If the consumer exercises his Right of Cancellation, not more than the costs for returning the product shall be for his account.

After your return is delivered back to us, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be entirely processed. Please save your tracking number or proof of return until you receive a return notification from us.

Return costs are for the recipient. We don’t provide return labels. The customer can go to the post office and choose preferably for a service that provides a track & trace number. We advise to keep the return receipt just in case its needed

The return parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it’s processed in our warehouse.

All items that will be returned should be in their original packaging, including tags. Of course, you are allowed to try something on.
